Overall my stay was nice and would stay here again. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a local area, not far from Leamington Spa, the pub and a nice area with a lovely restaurant. The breakfast was great with lovely coffee and juices, for instance, the staff was incredibly nice.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Great food with excellent choice and service. the cooked breakfast menu was good and the food was excellent. Friendly greeting on arrival with valuable information for our journey. Our room had a fridge and ample tea and coffee. the dinner we booked was excellent and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Outstanding breakfast with a good choice.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.
